Reception for the 56th anniversary of the National Day and the 26th anniversary of the liberation of the State of Kuwait

On the evening of February 23rd , Mrs. Kader has been invited to participate at the celebrations to mark the 56th anniversary of the National Day and the 26th anniversary of the liberation of the State of Kuwait. The event, sponsored by the Embassy in Italy took place in Rome at the Westin Excelsior Hotel.
Numerous diplomatic missions present, including the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Republic of Iraq, Yemen, Republic of Qatar, United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Also present were Senator PierFerdinando Casini, President of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Senate of the Republic and the Cons. Alessandro Monti, Head Office IX of the Directorate General for Political Affairs and Security of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Italian.
The event, opened with the singing of Italian and Kuwait national anthem, saw during the ceremony, performances by international artists.
The Ambassador of the State of Kuwait in Italy, Amb. Khaled Sheikh Ali Al Jaber Al Sabah thanked all present in helping to strengthen economic and cultural relations between Italy and the State of Kuwait.
