10 Valiant Peshmerga followed the course of military training at the School of Infantry in Cesano .


On October 18th, Mrs. Rezan Kader with the staff of the Representation of Kurdistan Regional Government in Italy welcomed at the military airport of “Pratica di Mare” the arrival of 10 peshmerga who came to Italy to attend a course of intensive military training at the School of Infantry in Cesano.
The course, run by a highly qualified military staff and under the supervision of the Staff of Defense, took place at the School of Infantry in Cesano and the Shooting Military area in Neptune (near Rome). The training included lectures of combat strategy and numerous practical exercises on the use of last generation weapons.
On October 23rd, in order to ensure the correct running of the course, Mrs. Rezan Kader together with the Governor Atrushi, accompanied by the Chief of the Defense Staff Admiral Binelli Mantelli went to the shooting Military area in Neptune to attend the practical training of the students, in the presence of the instructors of the School of Infantry and their commander, Gen. Manione.

At the edge of the course, the Presidency of the Council of Ministers has organized for the students recreational activities and sightseeing tour around the city of Rome and Mrs. Rezan Kader hosted them both for a visit to the headquarters of KRG Representation, whether for a dinner with all the staff.

Finally, on October 29, Mrs. Rezan Kader went with all the staff of KRG Representation at the School of Infantry in Cesano to officiate together with Gen. Manione the awards ceremony of the Peshmerga for the conclusion of the training course.

Mrs. Kader donated to the peshmerga 10 certificates of merit for their efforts in this training course and medals bearing the logo of the KRG. Similarly, Gen. Manione on behalf of the School of Infantry donated to Peshmerga tie clips with the coat of arms of the School of Infantry, thanking them for the great sacrifice sustained and courage they are showing in the fight against terrorists ISIS. In turn, the Peshmerga thanked Mrs. Kader for daily assistance and support received during the 10-day course and thanked all military personnel of the School of Infantry, which gave a picture with the flag Kurdistan and the Italian Government for the opportunity offered to them.
